Issues & Special Situations

There was an accident in the parking garage. What should I do?

If anyone was injured: call emergency services at 112 first, and only then inform the emergency number above.

If it's just property damage: don't move the vehicles, note down those involved and their license plates, take photos of the scene if possible, and contact the emergency number.

The barrier won't open, or is broken.

Please don't try to force the barrier open or drive around it. Contact the security service's emergency number — the technical team will be notified, and the barrier will usually be released manually or remotely within a short time.

An incorrect payment was deducted.

First, check the amount and booking date on your bank statement and compare them with your rental contract. Then contact us with a screenshot of the statement, the booking date, and the amount using the link below — we'll review the case and arrange a correction or refund if there was an error.
