Issues & Special Situations

There's a noise disturbance in the building.

First, try speaking directly with those responsible, as long as this can be done safely. If the disturbance continues or the situation escalates, contact the emergency number outside of regular office hours — in case of immediate danger, call the police at 110.

I've locked myself out or lost my key.

Report the loss immediately using the "Lost Key/Access Chip Report" form above, so affected locks can be blocked or replaced if needed. For short-term access outside of business hours, the emergency number can help you.

There's a technical issue in the apartment.

For urgent cases like heating failure, water damage, or power outages, please use the emergency number. For all other repair requests, a quick report through the community app is enough.

An incorrect payment was deducted.

First, check the amount and booking date on your bank statement and compare them with your rental contract. Then contact us with a screenshot of the statement, the booking date, and the amount using the link below — we'll review the case and arrange a correction or refund if there was an error.
